Exclusions and Instructions
For
proper antivirus/antispyware exclusions, please use the file exclusions
and instructions listed for the product you are using below. Some antivirus
exclusion lists may not allow wildcard entries (*.*) for directories
- in such cases you should be able to simply specify the folder path
without the *.* wildcard.
To
exclude SpyAgent from your antivirus/antispyware software, please instruct
your software to ignore the following files:
for
SpyAgent standard installation
c:\program files\spytech software\*.*
c:\windows\imglib.dll
c:\windows\sysk32.dll
c:\windows\sview.exe
c:\windows\clfct.dll
c:\windows\system32\sinvfct.dll
c:\windows\sassr.dat |
for
SpyAgent STEALTH installation:
c:\program files\sysconfig\*.*
c:\windows\imglib.dll
c:\windows\sysk32.dll

If
you are using a Norton/Symantec product you will want to add the signatures
Spyware.Spytech and Spyware.NetVizor to the Signature Exclusions list.
The files above should be entered in Norton/Symantec's Scan Exclusions
and Auto-Protect Exclusions lists. If you are using Mcafee please contact
our helpdesk for
instructions.
To
exclude SpyAnywhere from your antivirus/antispyware software, please
instruct your software to ignore the following files:

Note: Realtime-Spy
uses a random .exe name from the above list, so please be sure to exclude
all files listed, even if they are not present on your computer.

exclude Keystroke Spy from your antivirus/antispyware software, please
instruct your software to ignore the following files:

If
you are using a Norton/Symantec product you will want to add the signatures
Spyware.Spytech, Spyware.KeystrokeSpy, and Spyware.NetVizor to the
Signature Exclusions list. The files above should be entered in Norton/Symantec's
Scan Exclusions and Auto-Protect Exclusions lists.
To
exclude NetVizor from your antivirus/antispyware software, please
instruct your software to ignore the following files:
