Uninstall From the Remote PC There may come a time when you want to pull Realtime-Spy off the PC you installed it on. This is a simple operation. To perform a remote uninstall login to your Realtime-Spy members account and select the computer you want to uninstall the module from. Then click on the "Click to Disallow" link. This will effectively uninstall and prevent the Realtime-Spy logging module from being installed on the remote computer again. If you wish to reinstall in the future, click the "Click to Allow" link. Alternatively, you can run the 'stop-rts.exe' file that is in your Realtime-Spy installation folder on the PC Realtime-Spy is installed on and it will uninstall Realtime-Spy from that system. Uninstall From your PC If you installed the Realtime-Spy logging module on your PC and want to remove it please refer to the above help topic. If you want to remove the Realtime-Spy configuration software, you can do so from the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel, or by choosing 'Uninstall Realtime-Spy' from the Realtime-Spy Start Menu->Programs group. |
