1. Are trials available for download?

Absolutely, all of our software titles are available for download (except Realtime-Spy) at our Downloads page.

2. What are the minimum requirements for Spytech software?

Spytech software is 32 bit software, and therefore needs at least a system running Windows 95. Check out each product's description for Windows compatibility. All of our commercial software is Win9x/ME/NT/2000/XP/Vista/7/8 compatible, although some machines running Windows 95 might need to upgrade with the latest service packs for full compatibility.

3. How do I install Spytech software?

Simply run the installation file included in the software's zip file that you downloaded. To open zip files use any common zip file opener, such as WinZip.

4. How do I uninstall Spytech software?

Simply run the uninstall application included with the software in the program files directory where the software is installed. You can also use the Add/Remove Programs feature in the Control Panel.

5. What are the use restrictions on Spytech software?

Spytech software is all single user licensed; meaning you are limited to the use of the software on one machine only. If you need more licenses, software licenses for more machines can be purchased at discounted rates!
