Keystroke Spy will work on Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, 2003, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, and 11. 64-bit versions of Windows supported.

The most likely explanation for this is that the log location where Keystroke Spy stores its activity logs does not have proper security permissions. Make sure the log location for Keystroke Spy's activity monitoring has full read/write access for all users of your computer.

Please open the System Preferences on your Mac, then click on 'Security & Privacy', then select the 'Privacy' tab. Click on the padlock at the bottom left of the screen so you can make changes, then check the checkbox next to 'ksysconfig' in the apps list. After this keystroke logging should work properly (a reboot may be required).
